You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help clients & families navigate their options. We provide outstanding support, training, and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals! We also have LEADS, warm leads! Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals • Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Contact prospects requesting information (leads) • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business • Help others do the same by sharing experiences • No cold calling • Manage time & cultivate clients • Expand income potential with annual reviews • Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Technology • High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus • Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you) • Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options • Personal grit that drives learning & growth • Participation in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill • Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team • Heart that truly cares about helping others (clients & teammates) • Enjoy talking with people, helping others, & making a difference!! Compensation: $125,000 at plan
