Responsibilities: Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency Improve skill sets through employee development programs Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness Qualifications: Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Strong knowledge of social media and marketing strategies Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
