Job Description
The Catering Sales Manager is accountable for proactively soliciting, securing and servicing catering sales opportunities. Conducts day-to-day activities related to catering sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Responsibilities include generating catering and banquet revenues, negotiating contracts, soliciting new accounts and are complimented with strong selling skills to identify and develop the local catering market. Customer base will include corporate and social markets.
