WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

WHAT WE DO? When a person purchases or refinances a home, they receive a letter from us that gives them the options to pay off their mortgage if they die or pay the mortgage for them if they become disabled. Those who are interested take the time to fill out the form (so No Cold Calling), and await a call from one of our agents. Our agents call them, consultant with them, and implement financially-comfortable solutions.

INCOME? This is a full commission position with an average commission of $700 per application.

• Part-Time Agents average approximately 30k-60k the first year
• Full-Time Agents average approximately 80k-180k first year

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have an insurance license or the willingness to get one (Online training available)
2. Must be coachable - open to feedback and willing to constantly improve
3. Must have a solid work ethic
