Preschool Resident
The Preschool Resident reports to the Preschool Minister. This is a support-raised, full-time position from August - July.

Position Summary
The Preschool Resident is responsible to provide ministry and organizational support for the Kids Ministry in order to equip parents, leaders, and volunteers to care for, teach, and disciple preschoolers.

Job Responsibilities
● Work alongside the Preschool Ministry to coordinate, communicate, and execute ministry initiatives
● Provide presence, teach, and care for Preschool volunteers and families during weekend services
● Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of Kids Ministry connections and events
● Participate in development conversations, assignments, and projects within the Kids Ministry Director
● Active involvement in the life of TVC, including staff meetings and events

Qualifications and Requirements

● Agree with The Village Church's Expectations of Membership, Statement of Faith and Theological Distinctives and commit to exhibit a lifestyle that is consistent with the same
● Ability to work within the context of a team
● Proficient experience in coordination and administration
● Proficient experience in developing and managing volunteers
● Proficient experience in database management
● Proficient experience in recruiting practices
● Flexible and adaptable
