Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
