    THE ROLE

    THE VOID is a fast growing company, and we are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced person to join us as the Executive Assistant to our CEO. Qualified individuals are expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Help us build the future of THE VOID!

    • Act as critical resource for the CEO and Executive team
    • Managing an extremely active corporate calendar of appointments and travel, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
    • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans for Executive Leaders, including global travel
    • Read, research, and route executive correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information and initiate telecommunications
    • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Chief Officers of THE VOID
    • Collaborate across the organization, with other administrative team members, People & Culture team, Accounting team, and others
    • Work closely with the CEO and the executive team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately
    • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with competing priorities
    • Follow up on contacts made by the executive staff and others while supporting the cultivation of ongoing relationships and outreach activities
    • Manage expense reporting 
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience within the media or entertainment industry strongly preferred 
    • 4 + years of strong Executive Administration experience required
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability build relationships with stakeholders, including employees, executives, and external partners
    • Comfortable following up and driving projects to completion
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
    • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat and Social Media Platforms
    •  Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
