THE ROLE As part of The Void's in-house Legal & Business Affairs team, you will be involved with all aspects of the company's business worldwide.  As Counsel, you will advise the business on a wide variety of issues, including drafting and negotiating agreements for technology, licensing and intellectual property, entertainment, consulting, original and third-party content production and development, marketing, NDA, procurement, real estate, and other general business contracts. You will also advise the company on advertising and marketing, joint ventures, profit participation arrangements, international franchising, intellectual property, privacy, employment, operating practices, finance and corporate governance.
