    THE ROLE

    You’ll be joining an early stage startup as a Program Manager overseeing several related software projects.  The role, in partnership with the Studios Leadership Team, will be responsible for creating exceptional location-based Virtual Reality experiences, and products to support their development, deployment and operations across the globe. This role will have a variety of responsibilities including 

    • Leadership and mentoring of other project managers.
    • Coordinating cross-project communication and status tracking.
    • Ensuring project teams have the capabilities and planning necessary to execute on their missions appropriately.
    • Strategic planning of project release timing within the program objectives.
    • Ensuring project teams build and maintains effective working schedules to ensure achievement of program development milestones.
    • Manage change and provide visibility to downstream impacts in a highly dynamic environment.
    • Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and methodologies to find efficiency improvements without compromising effectiveness.
    • Extract and analyze data to create predictability in hitting key launch milestones.
    • Create and manage budgets.
    • Anticipate and communicate problems and roadblocks to successful achievement of goals and milestones.
    • Manage career development, training and effectiveness of project managers within the studios.
    • Manage P&L and work across VOID Studios to prepare proper long-term staffing plans.
    • Manage dependencies between divisions
    • Authority on agile processes and methodologies

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • 6+ years of project management in games, film, or other interactive entertainment industries
    • 4+ years of program management
    • Proven communication and influencing skills
    • Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving skills
    • Quality and customer focused
    • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-team alignment and collaboration
    • Proven ability to diagnose problems and create change
    • Bachelors degree in related field preferred
    • PMP or PgMP Certification preferred
