    THE ROLE

    THE VOID is a fast growing company, and we are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced person to join us as the Executive Assistant to the executive staff. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the executive staff. Qualified individuals are expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·    Managing an extremely active corporate calendar of appointments and travel for the , including scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and global travel

    ·       Arrange complex and detailed travel plans for Executive Leaders and employees

    ·       Reading, researching, and routing executive correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications

    ·       Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Chief Officers of THE VOID

    ·       Collaborate with Office Manager, HR team, and accounting team as needed

    ·       Works closely with the executive team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately

    ·       Successfully completes critical aspects of all deliverables with a hands-on approach

    ·       Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures and competing priorities

    ·       Follows up on contacts made by the executive staff and others while supporting the cultivation of ongoing relationships and outreach activities

    ·       Manage expense reporting for the executive staffs

    ·       Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    ·       Experience within the entertainment industry required, film preferred

    ·       4 + years of strong Executive Administration experience required.

    ·       Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

    ·       Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability build relationships with stakeholders, including employees, executives, and external partners

    ·       Comfortable following up and driving projects to completion

    ·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    ·       Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

    ·       Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently

    ·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    ·       Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

    ·       Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat and Social Media Platforms

    ·       Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
