    THE ROLE

    As part of The Void's in-house Legal & Business Affairs team, you will be involved with all aspects of the company's business worldwide.  As Paralegal, you will support the business on a wide variety of issues, including corporate governance, finance, agreements for technology, licensing and intellectual property, entertainment, consulting, original and third-party content production and development, marketing, NDA, procurement, real estate, and other general business contracts. You will also assist the company on advertising and marketing, joint ventures, international franchising, intellectual property, privacy, employment and operating practices.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    3+ years of relevant experience

    ABA-approved Paralegal Certification or equivalent experience preferred

    Previous in-house and large firm experience preferred

    Experience with corporate governance, including

    • formation and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies
    • maintaining corporate minute books and corporate records; drafting board resolutions and various other corporate documents, including bylaws, organizational actions, operating agreements, minutes and assignments

    International experience, including Asia and the EU

    Assist in the organization of the Legal Department electronic document database and paper records.

    Monitor, log and process Legal Department invoices.

    Assist in interfacing between internal departments and outside counsel with respect to due diligence relating to financings, dispositions, acquisitions and litigation.

    Respond and process KYC information and other due diligence related requests.

    Strong sense of urgency and high level of responsiveness

    Capability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones
