Description: As our family's caretaker you will be responsible for picking our 1 year old daughter up from daycare (across the street) every weekday and our other 2 daughters (4 and 5) from school on Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday. One day a week the older kids have afterschool activities you'll need to take them to. We will make play dates for the kids with other parents and caregivers and ask that you take them. What matters most: You keep our daughters safe and well cared for. You genuinely enjoy being with them and think of creative activities. You love taking the kids outside and there is a physical activity at least once a week. You care for their development and take pride in teaching them new things. You only use your phone for emergency or to communicate with us, but otherwise maintain a screen free environment for our kids. You can commit to a full semester or school year (preferred). Start can be August 1 or first week of September - open to either.
