A well-regarded Law Firm in Miami is seeking well rounded Legal Assistant/Litigation Paralegal with experience in insurance defense and liability law. An ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience with first-party property, bodily injury, medical malpractice, premise liability, insurance coverage, and personal injury protection. A well-suited candidate should have hands-on experience with client intake, legal research using Westlaw, e-filing, calendaring, preparing affidavits, be detailed orientated, and should be able to work autonomously.

Salary is commensurate with experience and will range from $55,000 to $60,000. The firm offers a friendly work environment and good benefits.
