The Wally Shop: The Wally Shop is an package-free online grocery shop where everything is delivered in reusable packaging and picked up again. Our mission is to enable a scalable reusable culture and put an end to single use plastic. Job Responsibility: We are hiring a part-time customer success representative to assist with delivery and customer success. Your responsibilities will be to delivery 3-4 days a week from 7-9pm as well as own the interactions with customers so that you can advise management team on how best to improve our service to provide the best possible service.
