Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing activities • Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives on maintaining brand standards in their communications with clients and prospects • Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations Compensation: $110,000+ at plan commission
