Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the Team Lead in the installation and repair of sewer, water, and storm lines.
• Operate backhoes, track hoes, skid loaders, and dump trucks with a focus on safety and equipment maintenance.
• Actively participate in construction tasks: clearing sites, laying pipes, installing fittings, and making necessary connections.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

We’re it if this is You:

• Minimum 4 years of utility line execavation (residential and/or commercial).
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• Working knowledge of grades and site layouts.
• High level of understanding of excavation safety that includes trenching, traffic control and confined space procedures.
• High mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability with heavy equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
