The Well Counseling and Consulting Group, LLC, (The Well), a thriving group private practice in Indianapolis, IN, is looking for part-time and/or full-time counselors to join our practice. Established in 2011, The Well Counseling and Consulting Group specializes in serving underrepresented populations in our Indianapolis office and through teletherapy. In addition to traditional counseling services, The Well also provides coaching, corporate consulting, speaking, and training in the community and provides opportunities for well-qualified clinicians to experience personal and professional growth. Responsibilities: • Perform on-site and/or virtual clinical counseling services to patients of The Well, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies • Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc., or through The Well’s website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients • Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary • Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time to time by The Well or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep patient files accurate and up to date • Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of The Well. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers • Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications: • Align with The Well’s mission, vision, and values • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work or other behavioral science • Licensed in the State of Indiana. Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC preferred, but associate licenses are eligible • Preference is given to clinicians who are available to hold at least 18 patient sessions per week • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.) • Current approval as an in-network provider with BCBS (highly preferred) • Have a strong commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health care Compensation: $58,500 - $83,500
