    The Wexler Group is in search of an enthusiastic and confident professional to fill the role of Real Estate Showing Specialist. *An active Illinois Real Estate license is required. Our objective is to provide clients with exemplary customer service and advice that will help them make educated decisions. The successful applicant will possess an outgoing character, be dependable, and maintain a professional attitude while helping generate leads, hosting open houses, and conducting viewings. Responsibilities: • Assist our agents by showing homes to buyer clients, as well as identifying homes that meet the specified criteria from the needs analysis • Work with clients to refine their needs and wants based on homes that have been seen • Must be willing to work weekends • Daily Lead generation in the office • Be present in the office when not at appointments • Be held to all team and productivity standards • Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly goals Qualifications: • Licensed, or enrolled in a Real Estate class and close to completing license requirements • Proficiency or familiarization with CRM and marketing/lead technology • Ability to assess client's requirements and match them with suitable properties • Self-motivated and independent • Personable attitude and professional demeanor • Strong people skills for interacting with a variety of people • Enthusiasm and positive attitude Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000 yearly
