Responsibilities: Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Top-notch time management skills and highly organized A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
