    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answering customer’s inquiries and providing excellent standards of customer service
    • Ensure Adherence to processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
    • Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at ground level
    • Providing first port of call resolution
    • Updating customer records and updating various logs
    • Involvement in motivational activities and implementing feedback and coaching
    • Ensuring data security
    • Increasing of the clients brand awareness through sales and marketing techniques

     

    Please note: No experience is necessary for this position as we provide full training and ongoing support. This role would therefore be suitable for people who are looking to enter the workforce, school leavers or career changers who would like to be part of our fun team!
