Fast-paced logistics company is currently in search of an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its team within one of its facilities located in Memphis, TN.

The Warehouse Supervisor will have responsibility for leading up to 30-35 hourly union associates, primarily focused on outbound shipping of palletized products. The Warehouse Supervisor will initially train on first shift, but MUST have flexibility to work any shift, including nights, as needed.

Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• You must have at least 5-7 years of warehouse leadership experience, ideally from within a food or consumer products setting
• You must have demonstrated experience with a mainstream WMS package - SAP experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing hourly union associates is preferred
• You must be local to the Memphis area
• You should have a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally within a logistics / supply chain / business related discipline
• You must have excellent communication skills and a “lead from the floor” management style
• You must have a strong background in inventory control
