Market-leading global consumer products manufacturer is currently in search of an experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to join its corporate team in Memphis, TN. The Master Black Belt will have responsibility for creating and directing the company’s continuous improvement initiatives throughout its supply chain, including operations, engineering, and quality within manufacturing plants and distribution centers. This is a permanent, full-time role within the organization.

Key requirements to be considered for this position:

• You absolutely must have a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) certification
• You must have 10-15+ years of demonstrated success leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Consumer products (CPG) experience is strongly preferred.
• You must have a proven track record in the creation or start-up of a CI department. The company is in search of a true LSSMBB pro who can set the tone for the company’s initiatives, train, coach, and mentor a staff, and provide hands-on follow-up of project execution and results.
• You must be open to periodic overnight travel, estimated at 30%.
• You must have a four-year college degree
