Our agent mentoring system provides a roadmap for you to experience success quickly and you will become well-versed in presenting an excellent portfolio of life and health products from over 30 “A” rated insurance carriers.

If you have yet to obtain your life and health license we will quickly guide you through the process. As a licensed Life & Health Agent, you will primarily be serving homeowners each week with their mortgage protection, life, accidental, critical illness, and retirement supplemental needs. You may also choose the option to build a self-sustaining agency by growing your team and mentoring new agents.

If you have natural leadership tendencies, are self-driven, great at communicating, and passionate about serving others then you have the initial ingredients to be a successful agent. Bilingual - English / Spanish would be an additional benefit to your business.

This position allows you to work from your own home office or any location of your choice as long as you have good internet and cell phone connectivity. You have the freedom to choose to serve your clients virtually, in the home or a hybrid of both.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each week you will primarily serve homeowners that are interested in getting life and health products for the purpose of mortgage protection and/or final expense coverage. This coverage protects people and gives them peace of mind and much-needed resources when tragedy strikes.

There is no cold calling. Only those who have requested to know more about their mortgage protection, life insurance, or final expense options will be contacted. This sales system has revolutionized the insurance industry and that is what allows our agents with their own personal production to make $80-$125K in the very first year regardless of experience if they follow the system and dedicate themselves to the right level of activity.

This position has unlimited earning potential, you can grow your business as quickly as you choose, and is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with no cap on income.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

As an Independent Life & Health Agent, you will have the freedom to run your own business and manage your own schedule. As a business owner, you are given access to deeply discounted warm leads. You will call each lead, book appointments with potential clients, and meet with them virtually on Zoom, by phone, or in their homes for about 1 hour to help them pick out the plan that meets their needs and their budget (primarily utilizing life, accidental, and critical illness insurance products).

Our successful full-time agents schedule 14-20 appointments per week. Some of our agents choose to start on a part-time basis with the intentional goal of gradually moving to full-time.
