    Who are we looking for?

    The Buyer Agent will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the team in achieving success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.

    The Buyer Agent will be responsible for bringing new clients into the team through their database, lead generation efforts and following-up with leads from the team. The Buyer Agent will secure clients who wish to buy homes through a consultation and then work with a team Showing Partner to find and show homes. Submitting & negotiating offers, home inspections and other contingencies round out the core responsibilities. Maintaining an excellent client experience before, during and after a home sale is a high priority for our team and the Buyer Agent.

    A Buyer Agent will successfully be able work with four plus active buyer clients a month.

    The Buyer Agent will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties and a track record of successful real estate sales. This is not a beginner role. The Buyer Agent will have a minimum of 100 people Austin-area people in their database they will bring to the team. As typical in real estate sales, this position will require evening and weekend working hours. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.

    What will you do?These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

    Lead generate and follow-up to bring new clients into the team while fostering relationships at a high level

    Meet with current and future clients to start the home buying process to meet the client's objectives

    Lead the home buying process for team clients creating an excellent buying experience

    Conduct open houses, door-to-door prospecting, phone prospecting, database outreach, etc.

    Work with Showing Partners on the team to ensure clients find the best home for them

    Negotiate deals and submit offers to win team clients their dream home

    Market Learning: Preview homes as needed; take Keller Williams training programs to learn the market, product & business at an expert level

    Proactively search MLS listings to find homes for clients and potential clients

    Essential duties and responsibilities

    Lead generate and lead follow-up to secure relationships and new & repeat business for themselves and the team

    Conduct the client buying experience from consultation to close and beyond based on The Williams Team systems at a high level to create raving fans

    Provide market, neighborhood & product knowledge to clients. Be the real estate expert!

    Learn the Austin real estate market and factors local information (schools, neighborhoods, etc.)

    Take great care of the team clients entrusted to you

    Perform open houses along with door-to-Door & phone prospecting of those open houses based on The Williams Team system

    Take Keller Williams and The Williams Team training programs

    Communications/Interactions

    Compensation – Commission on each buyer client with which a Buyer Agent works. Potential to earn $100K per year.
