    Who are we looking for?

    The Client Concierge will be an individual who loves people and processes. They possess a servant heart, analytical thinking, highly motivated, draws energy from talking with people & working in team environment and is accountable to hit deadlines. They have a compelling desire to support and push the team to achieve success, while being committed to growing their own skills to be the best they can be.

    The Client Concierge takes the general direction from the team leaders and executes at a high level. Additionally, this person will bring their experiences & insights to “top grade” the team’s current systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness. This person will be responsible for executing and implementing systematic client experiences & communication (verbal and electronic), overseeing client contract coordination, coordinating listing launches & management, manage vendors and house repair projects, oversee the contract-to-close process and make the experience exceptional, various team administrative errands and event planning & coordination - for clients and the team.

    This person will have a history of working with customers to deliver great experiences and an aptitude for taking business systems and making them better. This position will work in our offices at Keller Williams Realty and will be based on 40 working hours per week. The vast majority of hours will be “normal business hours” with some evenings & weekends for special events and other activities. Additionally, they may have an active real estate license and if not, will be able to obtain it. They are a forward-looking individual who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next role.

    What will you do?These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

    Build, implement, and manage all systems for exceptional experiences for team sellers, buyers, as well as information management and back-office support

    Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints

    Oversee all contracts through closing & leading direct client communication

    Listing launch and management including client communication & coordination

    Handle & coordinate repairs, make ready, staging and small construction projects for clients

    Responsible for financial tracking of real estate contracts including vendor repairs, assuring the collection of commissions, invoicing for client reimbursement at closing

    Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

    Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment

    Create & execute team events for clients and internal team

    Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

    Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members - including virtual assistant

    Compensation

    The ideal candidate can earn $50,000-$60,000 from a combination of base salary, bonus & team profit share
