Who are we looking for?
The Showing Partner will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.
After the lead agent performs a needs analysis, the lead agent will pass the desired criteria to the Showing Partner. The Showing Partner will pick up the baton and find homes that meet the criteria, and they will drive buyer clients to those homes. As clients explore homes, the Showing Partner will work with clients to confirm or refine criteria and show additional homes as needed. When buyer clients are ready to make an offer, the Showing Partner will pass the baton back to the lead agent.
A Showing Partner will successfully be able to show homes to four to five buyer clients a month.
The Showing Partner will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. As our work hours are when our clients are not working, this position will require evening and weekend working hours. Additionally, they may be eager to earn the right to use their license as a Buyer Agent. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, a palpable desire to succeed in this & any future roles on the team, as well as a personal database of a minimum 100 people in the Austin area.
What will you do?These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
Lead generate for new business for themselves and the team via phone prospecting, door-to-door, open houses, etc.
Market Learning: Preview homes; take Keller Williams training programs to learn the market and business at a high level
Search pre-MLS listings
Essential duties and responsibilities
Lead generation & lead follow-up activities with their personal database and team database & leads
Driving buyer clients to homes
Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
Provide market & neighborhood knowledge while showing homes to clients
Learn the Austin real estate market and factors local information (schools, neighborhoods, etc.)
Perform open houses and marketing of those open house based on The Williams Team system
Door-to-Door prospecting
Preview homes for sale to learn the market weekly
Attend Buyer Consultations with Lead Agent
Take Keller Williams training programs
Communications/Interactions
