You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities: • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers Qualifications: • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required Compensation: $70,000+ yearly
