Are you passionate about social media marketing and eager to make a real impact in the world of real estate? The Win Crew Real Estate Team is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to enhance our brand presence and culture on social media. Responsibilities: • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase our online presence and engagement. • Capture high-quality images of our real estate listings, highlighting their unique features and attributes. • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand's identity. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and real estate photography. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or have relevant experience). • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with a passion for content creation. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Basic graphic design skills are a plus. Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
