Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customers' progress and the home buying/selling process in order to provide prompt help and demonstrate the high standards of the company. • Utilize predetermined scripts to effectively present the company's value proposition professionally and address customer questions. • Strive to meet predetermined goals in regard to productivity, appointment-setting, and sales revenue, in addition to delivering top-notch customer service. • Make outbound calls, answer emails, and organize the sales pipeline so the customers' needs are met. • Analyze and evaluate customer data before advancing them to the next stage of the sales process to guarantee an effective strategy.
