Responsibilities: • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify new sales opportunities • Adhere to prescribed scripts to effectively communicate the team's value proposition and address customer objections with professionalism and integrity • Utilize various communication methods, such as outbound calls and emails, to keep clients informed about their buying and selling progress and ensure their satisfaction • Evaluate and assess customer information to efficiently move them through the sales pipeline • Meet productivity requirements and consistently achieve revenue targets Qualifications: • A self-driven individual, who is motivated to succeed in sales and in life • Possesses excellent relationship-building skills which enable them to uncover client needs and identify new sales opportunities • An articulate and well-spoken person who can effectively communicate • A highly organized professional who has the ability to manage their time efficiently • Proficient in or able to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Job Qualifications: • An individual with an unwavering determination to succeed in sales and life • Skilled at building relationships with customers and finding new sales opportunities • Articulate, well-spoken, and able to express ideas clearly • Thoroughly organized with the capacity to regulate their own time • Knowledgeable in, or able to quickly learn, the technology used in the real estate business for CRM and marketing/lead management Compensation: $65,000+ yearly
