PAYROLL PROCESSOR

Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a seasoned Payroll Processor to join our Accounting Team 30 hours per week. This is a remote position. Schedule will be MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 9AM TO 3PM MOUNTAIN TIME. YOU MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: AZ, FL, NV, TN, TX, UT.

PAY: $15.00 PER HOUR: BENEFITS: PAID TIME OFF.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Collecting data for and calculating payroll for multiple entities on a bi-monthly basis
• Calculating off cycle payrolls as needed 
• Entering payroll in QBO
• Staying up to date on labor policies and practices
• Creating processes for staying compliant and updating employee files
• Auditing practice management software, databases and documents as needed
• Updating databases
• Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• You will have a closed off home office where you can maintain privacy and focus while working - you will have no other responsibilities during work time.
• You will have a minimum 6 months working with QBO
• You will love excel and be able to manipulate data as needed.
