    Job Description

    A DAY IN THE LIFE AT WONDERFUL:

    • TALENT ACQUISITION -- Learn full cycle recruiting including resume review, sourcing, and interviewing, assist with the preparation of candidate closeout packets including background checks, reference checks, and preparing offer letters, and support ad hoc projects related to reporting, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives
    • LEARNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT -- Collaborate with the L&OD team on instructional design and virtual learnings, employee engagement, program administration, employee development programs, and change management.
    • HR BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP -- Work with Business Partners on a variety of HR programs and strategies to advance Business Unit initiatives, participate in HR Department process improvement efforts to include championing GROW performance management program, provide support to managers and new employees with onboarding to ensure a successful experience.
    • PAYROLL -- Learn workflow of data into and out of the Payroll Department, process requests for supporting departments, learn custom reporting to retrieve data from the HRIS system, assist in processing and maintenance for weekly payroll cycles.
    • HR SYSTEMS AND OPERATIONS -- Understand the HRIS system setup, design, and configuration, and experience the employee lifecycle by processing new hires and terminations, participating in employee onboarding and offboarding, and completing transfers and promotions.
    • TOTAL REWARDS -- Collaborate with the Benefits & Wellness Team on communication of various initiatives to the entire US employee population, assist with answering benefits and wellness related questions as well as manage insurance administration, analyze program success and find areas for improvement, work alongside the Compensation Team reviewing employee statistics and annual review process, and conduct compensation analyses using market data.

    • Demonstrated desire to pursue a career within the people function through prior internships, work experience, or academic coursework

    • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Courage to speak up, share ideas, collaborate across teams and proactively seek out solutions
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
