    Job Description

    CLIENT SUPPORT

    • Work alongside HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Generalists (HRG) to meet the needs of employees of different business units across the enterprise
    • Partner with various departments (Payroll, IT, Finance, ) to streamline and improve current processes
    • Directly support employees with any HR related inquiries and serve as a liaison between the employee and the HRBP/HRG teams

    OPERATIONS

    • Own new hire onboarding; including composing welcome emails, tracking HRIS activities such as tax-withholding, direct deposit, emergency contacts, policy acknowledgement completion, submitting applicable employee referral information
    • Track and manage temporary/seasonal employment assignments
    • Complete accurate data entry for all transactions in the HR system (ADP Vantage) including data changes for existing employees, new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations
    • Prepare letters for data changes, promotions, transfers, and separations
    • Assist in the separation process including scheduling exit interviews, preparing packets, and requesting final pay checks from Payroll
    • Maintain employee files and manage recordkeeping projects
    • Respond to Employment Verification requests
    • Create and maintain Org charts

    PAYROLL

    • Audit timecards each pay period
    • Complete time-off corrections for prior pay periods and collaborate with Payroll Team to make accurate pay adjustments

    COMPLIANCE

    • Collect and process I-9 and e-Verify documentation
    • Schedule, enroll, and track employee participation in online and in-person compliance training
    • Track any new company policy acknowledgements being sent out to specific client groups
    • Create and run reports as requested
    • Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain standard work documents (SOW) and detailed standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years' experience supporting an HR related function preferably with a data-oriented focus
    • Experience with ADP Vantage and/or Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) or other HRIS system
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with shifting priorities
    • Proven success in handling matters of confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy
    • Demonstrated ability to perform basic analytical tasks, report writing, and problem-solving
    • Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills in communicating with employees
    • Excellent customer service skills and detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio)
    • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
