    Job Description

    SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT:

    • Consult with business unit management to identify business needs, understand current operational procedures and problems in Demand Management, Supply planning, sales & operations planning and other planning areas.
    • Define solutions in Oracle Fusion SCP, Oracle Demantra/VCP/EBS or other implemented planning products for various business needs, communicate in clear terms to business users the solution options and assist them in decision making.
    • Create and update solution and process documents.
    • Create requirements, functional specifications, unit and integrated test scenario documents and other relevant artifacts necessary for implementation of IT solution.

    PROJECT AND TASK MANAGEMENT:

    • Create and maintain project plans to implement approved IT projects.
    • Direct partner and internal resources on project tasks.
    • Monitor project activities per the plan and communicate status to key stakeholders.
    • Communicate and coordinate development from geographically dispersed teams.

    OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:

    • Identify, evaluate, and resolve day-to-day support issues in area of Oracle fusion SCP, planning applications and Demantra.
    • Coordinate with offshore resources on successful resolution of support tickets.
    • Create / update end user training documents and guides.
    • Provide hands-on training to end users on various aspects of applications.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in implementing enterprise applications with AT LEAST 4 YEARS IN IMPLEMENTING ORACLE VALUE CHAIN PLANNING PRODUCTS (EX ASCP); DEMANTRA MODULES OR ONE OF THE ADVANCED PLANNING APPLICATIONS.
    • Should have performed at least 3 full life cycle implementations of planning modules in recent releases.
    • Strong functional knowledge in core SCP products and integration to Oracle Fusion R13 / EBS R12.
    • Experience working in a multi divisional environment with one VCP platform and multiple executions systems (Oracle fusion / ERP) is preferred.
    • Willingness to learn, implement and support new applications and technologies.
    • Knowledge of OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology) or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of standard project management and milestone-based task management.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers.
    • Knowledge of industry best practice approaches and standards.
    • A Bachelor's degree is required.

     FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

    Expert level knowledge in setup and configuration of:

    • Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
    • Oracle Fusion Planning Central
    • Oracle Fusion Demand Management
    • Demantra PTP (Predictive Trade Planning, and deductions settlement)
    • Demantra DM
    • Demantra S&OP

    Working Knowledge in the configuration of:

    • Oracle Account Receivables
    • Oracle Order Management and Pricing
    • Oracle Purchasing

     Technical Skills:

    • Advanced working knowledge of SQL.
    • Working knowledge of PL/SQL.
    • Working knowledge of tables, views and schema objects of Oracle ERP and Demantra.
    • Knowledge of Oracle ERP collection / integration to Demantra and ability to troubleshoot data interface issues.
    • Ability to write simple, custom logic routines within ERP and Demantra.

    Pay Range: $118,750 - $125,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
