    Job Description

    **What our Supply Chain Planning Business Systems Analyst will do: **

    Solution Development:

    • Consult with business leaders to identify opportunities, new requirements, understand current operational problems in supply chain planning areas
    • Define solutions in leading planning products (Oracle Fusion SCP, Kinaxis, Demantra or other packaged planning products) for various business needs, communicate in clear terms to business users the solution options and assist them in decision making
    • Create and update solution and process documents
    • Create requirements, functional specifications, unit and integrated test scenario documents and other relevant artifacts necessary for implementation of IT solution

    Project and Task Management:

    • Create and maintain project plans to implement approved IT projects
    • Direct partner and internal resources on project tasks
    • Monitor project activities per the plan and communicate status to key stakeholders
    • Communicate and coordinate development from geographically dispersed teams

    Operational Support:

    • Identify, evaluate, and resolve day-to-day support issues in area of Supply chain planning applications
    • Coordinate with offshore resources on successful resolution of support tickets
    • Create / update end user training documents and guides
    • Provide hands-on training to end users on various aspects of applications

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in implementing enterprise applications with at least 2 years in supply chain Planning products (ex: Kinaxis, Oracle fusion, ASCP, Demantra etc.)
    • Strong domain / functional knowledge in core SCP processes
    • Experience in a multi divisional environment with one SCP platform and multiple executions systems
    • Willingness to learn, implement and support new applications and technologies
    • Knowledge of enterprise software implementation Methodology
    • Knowledge of standard project management and milestone-based task management
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers
    • Knowledge of industry best practice approaches and standards
    • A Bachelor's degree is required

    Knowledge in setup and configuration of:

    • Master data, hierarchies, system parameters, attributes etc.
    • Demand Management process
    • Supply planning process
    • Sales and operational process
    • Basic knowledge of order management, purchasing and manufacturing

    Technical Skills:

    • Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java or equivalent programming language
    • Working knowledge of tables, views, and schema objects of packaged product
    • Knowledge of data collection / integration of systems
    • Ability to write simple, custom logic routines within packaged products

    Preferred experience with:

    • Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
    • Oracle Fusion Planning Central
    • Oracle Fusion Demand Management
    • Demantra PTP (Predictive Trade Planning, and deductions settlement)
    • Demantra DM
    • Demantra S&OP

    Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
