  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders in Packaging, Analytics, R&D, New Product Development, Legal, Finance, etc. on a variety of initiatives
    • Analyze data utilizing PowerBI, Excel, and other systems
    • Analyze supply chains and business needs to determine optimal sourcing and purchasing strategies both domestically and internationally
    • Support various Global Sourcing activities to include supplier/commodity/category research and competitive conditions
    • Develop, analyze and manage RFI/RFP/RFQs process and contract development
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to support supplier management, including supplier performance via KPI monitoring, objective setting, scorecard management, and ongoing relationship management
    • Effectively document, communicate and prepare supplier recommendations for decision-making by Company Purchasing Board and business team
    • Manage contract timelines, renewals and develop appropriate negotiation strategies
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-7 years of work experience in supply chain, sourcing/procurement, finance or related field
    • BA/BS in business or related analytical field
    • Exceptional proficiency with Excel
    • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
    • Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Experience in CPG or Food and Beverage is a plus
    • Travel requirements are limited and mostly within California
    • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
