As Spa Director, you are the leader in the spa making sure our guests and team members are treated with exceptional quality and service.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Manage the daily operations of the spa

Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively

Coach and develop team members

Maximize inventory for professional and retail use

Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance

Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach

Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience

Understand that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
