    The Woodhouse Day Spa Granger is seeking a social media & marketing coordinator with a wide breadth of skills and proficiencies!This role will be responsible for creating, managing, executing, and measuring the Woodhouse Granger's internal marketing efforts.

    You have 2-3+ years of experience and a deep understanding of social media, recent trends and features to leverage and the ability to put them into practice

    You have a proven track record of working in a team and taking ownership

    A balance between strategic thinking and execution, and embrace a collaborative approach.

    You have a basic understanding of organic and paid social and how it works in the wider marketing mix

    You're an excellent written and verbal communicator, who can act as the custodian of the brand

    This job is a mix of execution and direction, depending on your skillset. Your tasks will include social media management, event planning, email marketing, community promotion, and other initiatives on other related tasks that will take our business even further.

    A bachelor's degree required in a related field (e.g., marketing, advertising, data analytics); agency experience enhances your qualification for this role*

    2-3+ years of experience in marketing, with significant time and demonstrated experience working in marketing, research, planning and strategy

    Expertise in marketing strategy and execution

    Strong business and marketing experience

    Ability to build relationships and trust with internal teams and community members

    An outstanding and engaging presenter and communicator who can flex their approach to different audiences

    Experience identifying target audiences and participating in the development of compelling campaigns that inform, engage and move audiences

    Soft Skills:

    Creating, Executing, and measuring Marketing Strategies

    Digital advertising trends, techniques, and technology

    Branding and brand strategy

    Creating Content: Written, Photography, Videography, etc.

    Growing social media followings

    Writing creative briefs and leading creative projects

    Search Engine Optimization & Google Suite (Preferred)

    Creative Writing

    Excellent communicator both written and verbal.

    A curious mind and research skills

    Takes notes, is well organized and able to maintain multiple concurrent projects

    Ability to self motivate and self assess

    Patience and flexibility
