The Woodhouse Day Spa, Carmel IN is looking for an experienced esthetician to join our team as a Lead Esthetician and Trainer. Qualified candidates will bring experience in the industry, a passionate and enthusiastic personality driven by intention and guided by excellence.

Responsibilities will include:

Performing facials, body treatments and waxing services.

Supervise daily activities of the Estheticians.

Provide training on all protocols.

Oversee scheduling of the Esthetics team to meet business demands.

Oversee backbar inventory levels for daily use.

Coordinate with Estheticians maintenance of all equipment.

Request repairs and replacements as needed.

Research and recommend service and product training.

Meet with product representatives and operational managers to discuss product needs and promotions.

Encourage your team to recommend home care base on the needs of the guests.

Maintain the workstations of all treatment rooms for cleanliness and safety.

Follow up with Esthetician guest phone calls.

Training of all new hires.

This position is a full-time position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week, including one weekend day a week and an evening shift.
