Our nail technicians - Are experts in the details of the finishing touches, while enhancing the integrity of our guest’s natural nails. If you are seeking advice in what colors are on-trend this season, or what polish Sarah Jessica Parker wore at the latest awards show – our nail technicians will be your beauty consultants!

More specifically, our dashing nail technician:

Performs exemplary services based on our award-winning protocols

Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria

Explains the benefits of the services performed and makes fabulous homecare recommendations

Is an avid menu reader and cross sells other Woodhouse services and products

Holds a current and active KY Cosmetologist or Nail Technician’s License

Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards

Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay on top of the game!

Physical Requirements:

Frequent sitting and/or standing with some walking

Ability to lift 5 lbs. & occasionally lifts/carries up to 15 lbs.

Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills

Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly

Working Conditions:

Primarily indoor work setting filled with various aromas from our retail products and soft music playing in the background

Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates

Required license or certification: Kentucky State Board of Cosmetology certified Nail Technician/Cosmetologists/Esthetician (must be of Active status)

Required Experience: Prefer a minimum of one-year in a spa setting
