Job Summary
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
Appreciation for cleanliness and sanitation
Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day
Fold/Stock laundry, towels, linen, supplies and amenities in the locker rooms, lounge areas and common areas at a busy spa
Maintain and ensure ample linen, robes, dishware, etc (all spa items) ready for guest and team member use.
Responsible for Guest Relaxation Room/Dressing Room/Treatment Room sweeps to pick up all dishes, used robes, linen, spa slippers and misc items
Assist Professional Therapist Team with turning over and sanitizing treatment rooms in a timely and effective manner.
Restocks all snacks and maintains all levels of comfort for guests.
Keeps the Break Room/Sink/Dishwasher in order.
Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 40 lbs without assistance.
Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time or for entire work shift.
Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting used laundry without distracting guests or team members
Greets guests with a smile!
Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse Standards
Takes pride in his/her work while communicating with the Front Desk Team to meet and exceed guests expectations.
Assist in meeting and exceeding COVID Sanitation Standards
