We are hiring Full and Part Time Spa Concierges to be an important part of our team.

More specifically, our fabulous spa concierge:

Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door

Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience to help them select the best service for them to enjoy in the Spa and/or select the best product for them to continue enjoying the benefits from their Woodhouse experience at home

Welcome the guest as they begin their Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome as they walk through the door, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience

Answers the phone with a smile each and every time

Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience

Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries

Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly

Works with spa software for booking, gift cards and checking out guests. Millennium software experience is a plus

Ensures optimal spa flow, making sure that spa looks pristine at all times, robes and towels laundered and ready for use and guests are always well cared for

Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
