Our luxury spa in Old Town Fort Collins is seeking reliable, professional and extraordinarily friendly spa concierge to join our hospitality team. Duties include activities such as scheduling, customer service, guiding guests, and making retail and service menu recommendations. Other responsibilities include laundry and helping maintain a clean spa environment. This position has room for growth. Join a great team of like-minded people who strive to provide exceptional customer service while working in a pristine and serene environment. You will be rewarded and recognized along the way.
Each of Our Spa Concierges:
Provide personal attention from the moment the guest walks through the door until they depart
Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our changing room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless luxury spa experience
Answers the phone with enthusiasm and a smile every time
Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand
Remembers the small things that make each guest’s encounter at the Woodhouse Spa special.
Serves as back up for the leadership team, making sure things throughout the spa are running smoothly
