More specifically, our masterful Massage Therapist:
Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed
Educates the guest on products available for self-care and prolonged relaxation at home
Understands and explains all services offered and recommends based upon guest needs
Provides enhanced treatments and seasonal body care featured across the brand
Provides consistently stellar treatments for all guests throughout the full service day
Provides the full range of menu offerings, current and new, to remain best-in-class
Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand and upholds the Woodhouse- Peachtree City core values
Ensures all treatment areas are prepared to Woodhouse standards
Always improves skills by attending continuing education, product and leadership classes
Has an active massage license in the State of Georgia

Requirements
Active massage license and continued experience in massage therapy for three years+
At least one year of experience serving in a spa environment
Weekend availability each week with a minimum of six service hours per shift
Ability to perform deep tissue and deep pressure massage
Capability and desire to master protocols for our full offering of massage and body services
Ability to perform 80 and 110 minute services
Demonstrated professional conduct and ability to service guests in an upscale environment with focus on locus offerings and amenities
Additional Information Beginning pay will be between $35 and $40 an hour to help therapist build their book of business within the spa, with conversion to a commission per service. In either case, 100% of gratuities go directly to each Massage Therapist.
