    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist with the flexibility to work weekends 8 AM -4:30 PM and/or 4:00 PM-9 PM. The primary purpose of the Receptionist position is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner.

    • Provide excellent customer service to all customers of The Woodlands, customers include residents, families, visitors and staff
    • Answer telephones; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed.
    • Operate computer, copier, office machines, etc., as directed
    • Assist with Administrative matters (i.e. typing, correspondence, etc.)
    • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Graduate or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on telephone and in person.
    • Ability to work with a variety of individuals including customers and staff.
