    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Real Estate Sales Coordinator, your primary focus is to provide operational, administrative, and project management support for our team of real estate agents. You will be tasked with maintaining and building operational systems, implementing administrative processes, and managing communications between all parties including home buying and selling clients, mortgage lenders, title companies, contractors, etc..

    This role is a mix of work-from-home (including Zoom video calls), from the office (within Covid safety guidelines), and occasional on-site locations including events such as “open houses”. It will require some work during the evenings, weekends, and at times communicating outside of standard working hours.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Learn how to use and manage software platforms (ex: CRM, Clickup, MLS, etc) to streamline project management and communication of all home buyer and seller transactions.
    • Manage and update the daily status of home buying and selling transactions from start to finish including schedules, due dates and timelines.
    • Assist the marketing team with managing creative assets (videos, pictures, etc) for promotional efforts.

    • Bright MLS, Skyslope, Click-up, Zipforms, Docusign
    • If you have listened to any of the White Board Wednesday's from my website.
    • If you have worked in real estate in any capacity.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
    • Must have a laptop with a camera and working Wi-Fi.
    • Expectation that all information is private and confidential.
    • Driven by the need to provide excellent customer service and experience.
