We are seeking a Marketing and Photography Associate to join our real estate team in Pepper Pike! You would be responsible for creating and managing industry-leading marketing materials for real estate listings across Northeast Ohio. You would work closely with our Marketing Specialist and Photographer to perfect our creative content and ensure that all steps of our marketing strategy are completed in a timely and accurate manner. As a top producing team within Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, The Young Team provides concierge-level service to our clients and competitive benefits to our team members.   Responsibilities: • Assist with creating and editing photographs and virtual tours for real estate listings • Create and manage print and digital content • Ensure the quality and accuracy of current listing inventory on the MLS and downstream sites • Travel to properties throughout Northeast Ohio • Write, proofread, and manage online content Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Lightroom • High attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multi-task • Marketing, graphic design, or photography experience a plus Compensation: $30,000- $40,000
