    Job Description

    The Program Manager is the principal client facing IQ Business Group point of contact for a project or set of projects. The PM oversees all project phases and is responsible for overall management of risk, finance, staffing, contract, task delegation, and relationships. The ECM PM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ECM projects and working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and team members to manage, plan and deliver transformative projects in the Enterprise Content Management space.  Responsibilities may include coordinating and facilitating meetings, conducting program reviews, managing conversations with IQ Business Group leadership and clients, reviewing and approving all deliverables, and supporting delivery of Records Management guidance, policy, training, and modernization strategies. The Program Manager attends all meetings and ensures attendance of the required key personnel. The Program Manager reviews and approves all deliverable work products at critical in-process junctures as well as at completion. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Deeply understands and appreciates client's business, organization, constraints, and objectives

    ·       Ensures that IQ Business Group project team meets contractual deliverables and/or services as stated in the statement of work or similar document

    ·       Understands, develops, and refines appropriate financial approach for given contract and objectives

    ·       Manages day-to-day client interaction, including setting and managing client expectations

    ·       Ensures effective and timely communication between client teams, IQ Business Group project team, and IQ Business Group leadership

    ·       Identifies and escalates project risks to appropriate venue for resolution or mitigation

    ·       Identifies client’s unmet needs or pain points and evaluates/suggests solutions

    ·       Coaches and mentors IQ Business Group team members for career development and growth

    ·       Identifies and onboards new IQ Business Group team members, as needed

    ·       Supports and leads business development efforts for client or other organizations

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·       10+ years’ professional experience

    ·       5+ years’ experience managing projects

    ·       Background in federal records management

    ·       Knowledge and understanding of federal records management regulations such as the Federal Records Act, 36 CFR 1236, and OMB M-19-21

    ·       Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is REQUIRED

    ·       Proven track record of developing relationships through a consensus management approach

    ·       Ability to build and direct high performing teams

    ·       Excellent presentation and client-facing skills

    ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·       Government consulting experience

    ·       BA/BS degree

    ·       US citizenship

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

    ·       HSPD-12 Public Trust (or active PIV card)

    ·       Experience with software development life cycle and/or SharePoint configuration

    80% client site (Washington, DC) and 20% IQ Business Group HQ (McLean, VA) (Currently and temporarily 100% telework during pandemic)
