ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player that can offer our renters the absolute best customer service. The Underwriting Specialist will underwrite renter applications which require coordination with renters, landlords, and real estate agents. This underwriting process determines the pricing and approval decision of renters and helps them qualify for their apartment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work one weekend day per week, with one day off during the week (5-day work week)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work during our business hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time)
• Able to commit to working through the end of August
• Native proficiency in English
