ROLE We are looking for an analyst to join the Risk Team at TheGuarantors. The ideal candidates should have strong communications skills and attention to detail, and have an interest in real estate, insurance and / or claim management. The Intern will be responsible for executing the processes of risk mitigation and claim management for our residential real estate insurance product. He/she will make a contribution to improving the company's performance and profitability, aiming to reduce claims severity and improve relationships with important clients and other stakeholders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customers through a Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
• Manage, prevent and mitigate potential loss scenarios 
• Communicate with residential landlord clients 
• Work on a risk mitigation and claim process from end to end

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent graduates welcome
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Self-starter, process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized 
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
